The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come in force on the 25th of May 2018 but this Privacy Policy highlights your privacy rights. This Privacy Policy will be updated annually and will be available for review on the Skyline Offices website.

When someone visits, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. 

Ticketing Data

When you enquire with Skyline Offices with regards to serviced offices, we require your name, address, email and contact number which is stored in our database. This database is password protected on an EEA based computer system and any data of clients who haven’t dealt with us in over 5 years will be deleted.  

Third Parties

When you enquire with Skyline Offices, we will take your data and pass it to the Landlords of the properties you have chosen. The Landlords will be in contact with you directly to send proposals and license agreements.  Alternatively, Skyline Offices can deal with all of this on your behalf.  Other than in this instance, we will not share your information with any third party.

Access to your personal information
