Howard De Walden wins planning permission for Marylebone Office developments worth an estimated £140m

The new developments are to be situated at 47 – 51 Queen Anne Street and 54 Portland Place and will boast 138,854 sq ft of new offices and 53,820 sq ft of residential space. Howard De Walden is required to provide on-sight provision of affordable housing at 29 – 3- Thayer Street and Bulstrode Street and also part – payment in lieu of the remaining requirement of 3,000 sq ft as part of the conditions for securing the planning permission.
