Colliers Capital announces sale on Austin Friars

It is reported the fund manager received
off-market interest in the building. Colliers International is understood to
have been instructed to approach a handful of investors over the sale of the
17,000 sq ft office-led property for around £11m.
The building produces an annual rent of
£600,000 per annum and the office element is multi-let to tenants including
Finantia Securities and New Street Research. The ground floor retail space is
let to The Gallery Café Bar & Bistro.
